Bare and Beauty follows transparent and ethical practices in matters related to payments and refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be applicable for consultations, treatments, and services offered at our clinic.

By booking an appointment, making a payment, or availing any service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Consultation Fees

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • A consultation involves professional time, medical evaluation, and expert opinion, which are rendered irrespective of whether a patient proceeds with treatment.

2. Procedure & Treatment Fees

  • Fees paid for procedures or treatment packages are non-refundable once the treatment has been initiated.
  • In certain exceptional medical circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Bare and Beauty.

Such medical exceptions may include:

  • Medical contraindications identified prior to or during treatment
  • Situations where proceeding with treatment is deemed medically unsafe

No refund shall be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations
  • Non-compliance with medical advice
  • Missed sessions or appointments

3. Packages, Sessions & Programs

  • Packages or multi-session programs are non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced.
  • Any unused sessions due to patient non-attendance, discontinuation, or personal reasons are not eligible for refund.
  • The clinic reserves the right to adjust treatment plans or schedules based on medical assessment.

4. Cancellation & Non-Attendance

  • Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments is subject to clinic discretion.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session or fees paid.
  • Repeated non-attendance may require rescheduling at the clinic’s convenience.

5. Mode of Refund (If Approved)

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original mode of payment or another method deemed appropriate by the clinic.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary based on banking or payment gateway procedures.

Bare and Beauty does not provide cash refunds unless legally required.

6. Payments & Compliance

  • Payments may be made via cash, UPI, card, or online transfer.
  • For cash payments exceeding ₹50,000, submission of a PAN card copy is mandatory as per applicable regulations.
  • Failure to comply with regulatory requirements may result in refusal of payment acceptance.

7. No Refund After Refusal of Treatment

  • If a patient chooses not to proceed with treatment after consultation or preparation, no refund shall be issued for consultation or preparatory services already provided.
  • The right to refuse treatment does not create an entitlement to a refund.

8. Discretion & Final Authority

All decisions regarding refunds are made by Bare and Beauty based on:

  • Medical judgement
  • Ethical considerations
  • Applicable laws and regulations

The clinic’s decision in refund matters shall be final and binding.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
