By booking an appointment or visiting the clinic, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Appointment Scheduling
- Appointments may be scheduled via:
- Phone call
- Website enquiry or contact form
- Walk-in patients are welcome, subject to availability of doctors and clinic schedule.
- Appointment confirmation may be communicated verbally, via message, or through digital communication.
2. Nature of Appointments
- All consultations and treatments are conducted in person only at the clinic.
- Online consultations, diagnosis, or treatment are not provided through the website or digital platforms.
- Treatment suitability is determined only after medical evaluation by qualified professionals.
3. Punctuality & Late Arrival
- Patients are requested to arrive on time for their appointments.
- In case of late arrival:
- Consultation time may be reduced, or
- The appointment may need to be rescheduled, at the discretion of the clinic
The clinic is not responsible for delays caused by late arrival of patients.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointment cancellation or rescheduling is permitted at the discretion of the clinic.
- Patients are encouraged to inform the clinic as early as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.
- Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in limited appointment availability in the future.
5. Missed Appointments / No-Shows
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior intimation may be treated as a no-show.
- In case of no-shows:
- Consultation or session fees may be forfeited
- Future appointments may be scheduled subject to availability and clinic discretion
6. Clinic-Initiated Changes
Bare and Beauty reserves the right to:
- Reschedule appointments due to medical emergencies, doctor unavailability, or operational requirements
- Modify appointment timings to ensure patient safety and quality of care
Patients will be informed of such changes at the earliest possible opportunity.
7. Consultation Fees & Cancellations
- Consultation fees are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the patient proceeds with treatment.
- Cancellation or non-attendance does not create entitlement to a refund.

8. Treatment Sessions & Packages
- For procedures or multi-session treatments:
- Missed sessions may not be rescheduled automatically
- Unused sessions due to patient non-attendance are not eligible for refunds
Treatment schedules may be adjusted based on medical assessment and clinic protocols.
9. Patient Responsibility
Patients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Keeping track of appointment schedules
- Informing the clinic in advance of any changes
Failure to do so may affect appointment availability.
